Kipriotis Village consists of:
Double/Twin Rooms: Standard Rooms are modern, large and spacious with either twin Beds or one Double Bed, able to accommodate 2-3 persons comfortably. Number of Double or Twin Rooms: 18 in the Main Building and 174 in the Bungalow Complex.
Studios: These offer the same facilities as Standard Rooms as well as a fully equipped Kitchenette. Studios: 92.
Maisonettes: These can accommodate up to 4 persons in the extra Bedroom on the second level, accessible from an internal wooden staircase. A fully equipped Kitchenette is an additional facility of the Maisonettes. Maisonettes: 56.
Apartments: These especially comfortable Apartments of two Rooms can accommodate up to 5 persons. Apart from the Bedroom, the extra facilities are a Living/Dining area with a fully equipped Kitchenette. Apartments: 2 in the Main Building and 170 in the Bungalow Complex.
Facilities included: All Rooms have large Verandas, ideal for relaxation with a superb view of the sea, gardens or Swimming Pools. Features include: Air-conditioning, spacious Bathroom, Direct Dial Telephone, Internet Connection, Satellite TV, Hairdryer, Razor Point and Refrigerator, Mini Bar.

Royal Kipriotis Village - Executive Section:
Ultimate comfort is the main characteristic of the Royal Kipriotis Village. Extra Office space and furnishing create the ideal working environment for the Business traveler who has at his disposal numerous data lines located in the Bedroom, Office and separate apparatus in the Bedroom. Most Rooms are located either close to the Swimming Pool or the Conference Centre

All Suites feature: Air-conditioning, Direct Dial Telephone, Internet Connection, Satellite TV, Hairdryer, Razor Point, and Refrigerator.

Junior Suites: These are large Rooms with a Living area including a Sofa. Junior Suites: 68.
Executive Studios: Offer the same facilities as the Junior Suites plus a fully equipped Kitchenette. Executive Studios: 23
Executive Maisonettes: These feature a fully equipped Kitchenette and a Sitting Room. The Rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons as there is an extra Bedroom on the second level, accessible from an internal wooden staircase. Executive Maisonettes: 22.
Executive Apartments: For guests, who wish to combine a family holidays with an ideal working environment, these Apartments consist of two separate Rooms on one level, on of which has an Office Desk. Executive Apartments: 5.
Executive Suites: These Suites are the most luxurious and spacious of the Royal Kipriotis, located in an area overlooking a private garden on the ground level. Provide a fully equipped Kitchenette and a Dining Room, which can be used for a Meeting. Executive Suites: 19.

Presidential Suites:
The two Presidential Suites have been constructed with particular attention to detail, both functional and aesthetic. Isolation and privacy have been carefully preserved with a fence to separate them from neighbouring Bungalows. Both Presidential Suites share a private Swimming Pool and a garden with Benches

Large Presidential Suite: The large Presidential Suite consists of a two leveled Living Room with granite Fireplace, comfortable Sofas and a Dining Table with matching Chairs of solid cherry, seating up to 8 persons. Technical features are: a personal Fax and Direct Dial Telephone. This Suite features three Bedrooms furnished as described below:

Macedonia II: Executive Restaurant where the Buffet has also been renewed and redesigned. There will be a special Greek evening with Live Music and Folklore dancing and an extended Greek Buffet, once weekly during the high season. Dinner Service:18:30 – 22:00.

Olympus Bar: American and cosy Cocktail Bar in the main Lobby with occasional Piano music. Service: 10:00 – 01:00.

Village Café: The coffee corner in the house by the Pool offering snacks, light meals, various sweets and ice creams. Service: 09:00 – 18:00.

Ilios Bistrot: Taverna a la Carte by the Pool for Lunch & Dinner offering Mediterranean and international cuisine. Service: 12:00 – 15:30 & 19:00 – 23:00.

Yannis Club: Dance Hall with evening Shows performed and organised by the Animation Team, also available for any kind of private functions.

Ionion & Aegean: Two Pool Bars offering fresh fruit cocktails and all kinds of beverages as well as snacks.
Aegean Bar: 10:00 – 02:00. Ionian Bar: 09:30 – 18:00.

Beach Bar: Bar close to the beach, serving refreshments and light snacks. Service:10:30 – 18:30.

Palmy Pool Bar: Royal Swimming Pool Bar serving refreshments and various light snacks. Service: 10:00-18:00.
